Where Creativity Begins: A Conversation on Safety and Self-Care

On entrepreneurship, belonging, and the courage to feel both the light and darkness

In this conversation I am joined by Jenna from Jennas Ayurvediska, and we explore what it means to build a safe foundation — for the body, for creativity, for a business, and for life itself.

Jenna shares her dream for the future of the Earth: a world where people feel safe enough in their own bodies and lives to fully express their creative potential. We trace her path into Ayurveda, which began unexpectedly during the years she spent adopting her two children from India and Thailand. What started as a personal search for grounding became a calling: She trained as a certified Ayurveda therapist and, in 2020, founded her own company in Sweden to share this wisdom with others.

We talk about Ayurveda not as an abstract philosophy but as a daily practice — from morning rituals to aromatherapy and small acts of self-care — that build a true sense of safety in the body.

We talk about entrepreneurship and about following your genuine curiosity and your “why” rather than chasing outcomes, about not taking rejection personally, and about staying connected to enthusiasm even when the path is hard.
